Returns and Refunds

You have up to 10 working days after the delivery date to return a product to us, attaching the original invoice. The conditions of return and refund depend on the reason for the return. In any case, please send us an email to notify us.

The product is defective : you can return the product in its original packaging or in a packaging of your choice. Upon receipt of the same and after verifying the defect, we will refund you the full price of the product , as well as shipping costs. In this case, you can choose between a refund or a purchase voucher of equivalent value.

If you no longer wish to use this product : do not hesitate to contact us to let us know the reason. Once the product has been returned to us, we will check the condition of the goods and issue a refund or an equivalent purchase voucher, as you prefer. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please note that we do not accept returns of fabrics or ribbons cut less than 1 meter, nor of products that have obvious traces of use (stains, odors, washing...)
